1) Machines warranty (general): one year,
2) All of the spare parts in our machine, damaged by nature during the warranty time we can change them free.
3) Anytime, we will supply our customers spare parts, but some spare parts we need the cost free.
4) we can free to train the worker of customer's for normal operation and technology consultation.(But the customer must buy our machines at least above 3 sets at one time)
5) we have good maintenance net, and we deal with our customers’ problems ASAP.
